To purchase digital map updates from our website, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old;
- Possess an accepted credit or debit card (refer to our website for current payment providers); and
- Be authorized to use the provided credit or debit card (e.g., it is in your name or you have permission to use it). Please note that some products sold on our website may not be suitable for users under 18 years old.
Prices and Product Descriptions:
- We strive to ensure the accuracy of pricing and product descriptions on our website. However, errors may occasionally occur.
- If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order (at the correct price) or cancel it. If we cannot reach you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
- If you cancel and have already paid, we will refund you in full.
- Prices displayed on individual product pages exclude VAT or other local taxes (where applicable). These will be added and indicated separately during the checkout process (if applicable).
Placing Your Order:
- The FSC code is linked to your vehicle’s VIN. For retrofitted head units, the donor VIN is required. Ensure that you provide the correct last 7 digits of your VIN number when placing your order. If an incorrect VIN is provided, the FSC code will not work, and we cannot issue a free replacement as the FSC code would have already been obtained based on your order.
- Vehicles manufactured before 03/2010 do not recognize USB updates due to older firmware. Ensure that you have updated your vehicle’s firmware through a dealership to be compatible with USB updates before ordering a map update through our website.
- Upon placing an order, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page on our website, which indicates your order number. Please take a screenshot or make note of your order number for future reference.
- The website will also automatically send you an acknowledgement email confirming the receipt of your order. Please check your Junk mail folder in case it is not in your Inbox. We have no control over email servers mistakenly identifying our emails as spam and bouncing them.
- We accept your order once the payment has been approved and the payment card has been debited.
Processing an Order:
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you. We may occasionally need to refuse or cancel an order, close or freeze an account, even if the order has been previously confirmed.
- If you believe we have made a mistake, please contact us using the support form on the website, and we will be happy to investigate further.
- Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. However, orders may occasionally be delayed due to public holidays or other technical issues beyond our control. - USB drives are shipped using a tracked mail service and typically take 7-10 days or more to arrive, depending on your location. - The USB drive shown in the product/order page image is for illustration purposes only; the actual USB drive may differ in shape, size, colour, and dimension.
Delivery of Map Updates:
- Map updates are delivered electronically via email, which includes download links for the map files and detailed installation instructions. Please ensure you provide a valid email address when placing your order. For customers who opt for physical USB delivery, we ship USB drives containing the map updates to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure the shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues.
- While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. If you have not received your map updates within the specified time frame, please contact our Support Team using the online form on our website.
Online Download Issues:
- Online map downloads require high-speed internet and a stable connection to complete (please refer to the note on our homepage and the Quick FAQ on the product page). Additional steps are needed to properly unzip, format, and create a USB for installation.
- We recommend that customers opt for the physical USB shipment of Map Updates, as issues with downloading files are beyond our control. Our Map Update files are stored on high-speed, commercial servers, and any inability to download the maps will not be considered a valid reason for a refund.
- In the event that you experience difficulties downloading the Map Update or are unable to create a USB on your own, you have the option to upgrade your order to a physical USB shipment by paying the difference in price between the USB shipment and online downloads.
- USB upgrades are not offered for free, as we incur additional costs for purchase, creation, and shipping.
Proof of Order Fulfillment:
- The dispatch of an order fulfillment email from our server constitutes proof of order fulfillment. If the email is rejected by the customer’s email server, routed to the Junk folder, or the email address provided is incorrect, we are not responsible for the same.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid email address and to ensure that their email server settings allow the receipt of our order fulfillment emails.
- In the event of email delivery issues, customers are encouraged to contact our Support Team via the Live Chat feature on our website or via an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any email delivery issues and ensure that the customer receives their order fulfillment email. However, we cannot guarantee the successful resolution of all email delivery problems and shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from such issues.
Cancelling Your Order:

Requests for cancellation must necessarily include your order number, date of placing your order, and your full name as mentioned in your order details. We shall offer a full refund for orders cancelled prior to fulfillment.
Replacements and Refunds:
- All FSC codes and map updates come only with a 100% replacement warranty, and no requests for refunds shall be entertained after order fulfillment.
- In most cases, maps will install seamlessly. However, if you encounter issues with downloading, delivery, or installation, please contact our Support Team via the Live Chat feature on our website or via an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly and, if deemed appropriate by us, provide replacement maps or FSC codes free of charge.
- While we strive to ensure quality, USB drives may occasionally have defects or read errors due to improper handling during shipment. If our support staff determines that the supplied USB is defective, a replacement will be shipped to you free of cost.
- We are happy to provide troubleshooting advice via Live Chat or a support email to help you successfully complete the necessary steps to create a USB for installation. However, refund requests due to your inability to create an installation USB on your own by following the instructions supplied shall not be entertained.
- If you experience difficulties in downloading the Map Update or creating an installation USB, you have the option to upgrade your order to a physical USB shipment by paying the difference in price between the USB shipment and online downloads. - Refund requests after order fulfillment, under exceptional circumstances and solely at our discretion, where accepted shall attract a flat 30% administrative charge to cover our shipping and/or order processing costs.
