If you are not a customer (or have issues logging into your account) use the Inquiry Form on the home page to contact us.

From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, download your Maps and Update Instructions, open Support Tickets, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details. Ocassionally your first login attempt to your account might fail due to your web browsers cookie setting! Should this occur, please try logging back again. If you experince persistent problems with logging into your account, please contact us using the Inquiry Form via this link.



STEP 1: Using the iDrive Controller, select “Navigation” in the main menu and press the iDrive controller down once. Select the shortcut button “Options”.

STEP 2: Select the menu item “Navigation System Version” using the iDrive controller and press down once.

STEP 3: The current version of your digital road map will be displayed.
